Shipping policy

Made to order. Our coloring books and other handmade items are made to order, one at a time, by me. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping. Orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery time. Delivery usually takes [2 to 5] business days after shipping, depending on your location. These are USPS estimates, and delays can happen, especially during the holiday season.

Seasonal items. For our Halloween edition, orders must be placed by [Oct 21st] to arrive before Halloween. Orders placed after that date will still ship, but we can't promise delivery by October 31.

Where we ship. We currently ship [within the United States only]

Address errors. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at [support@inbetweenthespines.com].

Lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [support@inbetweenthespines.com] within [7] days of the delivery date, with your order number and a photo if the item is damaged, and we'll make it right.
